A. All worldwide languages
Q. How is a job costed?
A. Per 1,000 words translated or part thereof, per page on DTP and per hour, half or full day for interpreting
Q. Is the translation proof read?
A. Yes, included in the costs
Q. Is there a "rush job charge"?
A. No, every client requires fast turnaround
Q. Do I get a discount?
A. Yes, on the first assignment placed with Tongue Tied
Q. Do you have translators in our market sector?
A. Almost certainly
Q. What is the turnaround time?
A. The assignment will be placed on the day we receive it. A translator will translate 2-2,500 words per day or we can allocate a "tag team" with a number of translators for large quantities requiring fast turnaround
Q. Which software packages do you have for DTP?
A. All major packages. Both PC and Mac software platforms are available
Q. Are software tools available to take account of duplicated words?
A. Yes, Trados and DejaVu
Q. Do you have a local office?
