About Us

Tongue Tied was formed in 1989 by John and Cindy Shouler and is "marketing driven" based on customer satisfaction derived from Quality, adherence to deadlines and competitive pricing. John was "on the other side" so to speak, having spent 18 years working for corporate companies, latterly as G.M. of Motorola based in the U.K.

We now have 8 offices in the UK, acquired a technical translation agency in February of 2002 and have an office in Ohio U.S. We have over 500 clients including many corporate companies and deal with large projects on their behalf. We have 4000+ translators that all belong to the I.T.I. and mostly specialise in individual market sectors. They can translate between 2000 and 2500 words per day.
